COCKTAIL SAUCE – ½ cup ketchup zest and juice from ½ a lemon (see above) + a few dashes of hot sauce + a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce + 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce (or to taste) + 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped + 1 green onion, chopped Mix everything in a bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings.
