- Consult the calendar below for the COLOUR coded boxes to see the various class formats and if there is availability. If the code is full, you can still fill out the booking form for our waiting list for your preferred class! We will contact you if sold out spaces come available.
For the public classes, scroll over the GREEN boxes for the cooking theme of the day. See the COOKING THEMES page for a full descriptions of the “possible menus” for both our scheduled public classes and PRIVATE GROUP CLASSES. You can also see the dates, details and format of our scheduled public classes on the CLASSES page. - Pick your Culinary Experience and fill in the form below.
- A return personal email/text will follow with answers to any questions you might have and instructions on how to pay and firm up your spots. Options for payment include credit card or INTERAC e-transfer. Your spot(s) are CONFIRMED once payment is received.
- Please review our cancellation policy below before booking. All bookings are non-refundable for the cooking classes.

IMPORTANT: Themed Cooking Classes must be booked in pairs (2 people). Private Groups can be odd numbers and can decide on teams and menus before class. See PRIVATE CLASSES for terms. Every effort to dine outside in our beautiful courtyard (weather dependent) will be made. We look forward to welcoming you soon. Need accommodations? Booking Request Form
Cancellation Policy for our Cooking Classes
All bookings are made in advance and considered firm once paid, just like buying tickets to a concert or sporting event. We understand that events can happen though to change your schedule. If we are given notice 7 days prior to your class, we would be pleased to rebook your group to another date, or if you are a cooking couple, you can transfer to another cooking class. If someone from your group, at any time, is not available to come, a substitute person that you find, can take their place. No refunds are given for cancellations.
A note will be sent to all participants as part of their Class Reminder Notice to confirm a clear health before attending class.
Please note:
- You need to provide your own transportation to and from Maison Maitland
- If a particular class does not reach minimum numbers or for some unforeseen reason it must be cancelled, you will receive a full refund or you may select a future class to attend.
- By registering for a class at Maison Maitland, a division of From the Farm Enterprises Inc. you agree to release the company and its representatives from all responsibilities for an injury, loss or damage, however caused, which may be sustained by you or any other person attending the school.
