Let us prepare some beautiful food for your arrival. Want something light to enjoy with a glass of wine in your villa? Why not try one of our Charcuterie Boards. Sourced from small Ontario and Quebec producers, each board is uniquely crafted to suit the season and a range of tastes. Your selection will be in your kitchen upon arrival.

Each Board includes selection of tangy pickles, olives, local preserves, crackers, and bread sticks.

Our platters offer a lighter fare with fresh vibrant raw vegetables ( local if in season), paired with one of our signature accompaniments : White Bean Herb Dip, Wild Sockeye Salmon Salad, or our Albacore Tuna Salad. All paired with crackers, bread sticks, olives, and pickles.

We understand that sometimes it’s a rush getting out the door with all your belongings for vacation. For your first night at Maison Maitland villas, let us do the shopping and have your fridge stocked for a “first night” comfort meal for you and your guests. We offer four menu baskets with all the ingredients you will need to prepare a simple, yet tasty meal in your chef kitchen. All the ingredients with the recipe will be waiting in your Bonjour Basket in your fridge upon arrival.

All baskets come with fresh salad greens and dressing.
All meals are based for 4 portions – $80 per basket

Your options include:

• Chicken Marabella with rice (GF)
  Chicken thighs marinated with capers and olives and a taste of Spain over rice.
• Roasted Vegetable Pasta (VG)
  Roasted seasonal vegetables, tossed with linguine pasta, and garnished with fresh herbs.
• Shrimp Creole Cakes/ Rice
  Panko crusted shrimp cakes with lemon sauce and Cajun rice 
• Beef or Pork with vegetables and Asian Noodles
  A blend of fresh herbs, vegetables, and Asian sauces, with local beef or pork, tossed with Cantonese noodles.

Beautify your villa with some fresh, locally grown flowers from Flowers of the Field. We will curate a beautiful bouquet and have it placed in your villa for you to enjoy during your stay. All bouquets include a glass vase for you to take your bouquet home to continue to enjoy!
Single Bouquet is around 10-12 stems.  Double is around 20 stems.
