Grilled Thai Beef Salad is a simple, light dish for summer dining at home. The flavors of Thailand bring a zing and fresh twist to your greens. Grilled beef is the main protein of this dish, but for a vegetarian option, you can substitute with whole King Mushrooms or horizontally slice a Chinese eggplant in half. If grilling vegetables, cut back on the pepper coating!
